President / CEO

Founder of Market Trends Pacific, Wanda has extensive experience in administering data collection and analysis programs. Before starting her own company, she was a research analyst, conducting numerous group sessions and executive-level interviewing for a broad range of clients. She served as President of Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) and President of Travel Tourism Research Association (TTRA). She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce and is Chairperson of the Workers Comp Committee and co-chair of the Uncovered Worker working group of the Hawaii Uninsured Project. She is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a BBA in marketing.

Partner / VP Finance & Operations

Dirck brings more than 15 years of executive administrative and financial management experience to our team. His background includes executive merchandising and production responsibilities at Hilo Hattie in Honolulu; Walt Disney Resorts, where he led the product implementation team for Disney's California Adventure and planned store locations for the park opening; and Duty Free Shoppers Group, where he managed store operations at Los Angeles International airport. He holds a B.A. degree in economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara.
